Whenever we have overripe bananas, we'll make banana breads.
So today I searched for a simple recipe.
(Link will be at the bottom of the post.)
The recipe only require one banana which makes 1/2 cup,
but I have two so I doubled the recipe.
When I was measuring out ingredients,
I realised it was stated TWO cups of sugar for the recipe
and I was like "Whaaaaaaa?"
Dude, if you don't get diabetes, I would.
The amount of sugar used is the exact same amount of the flour that I will be using.
That's wayyyy to sweet man.
So I decreased the amount of sugar by half,
and it tastes just fine.
I dusted the loafs with icing sugar.
Look at that babe.
Soft and bouncy.
Dude, there's like still pieces of bananas that are visible.
