Made gingersnap cookies today because
I was working on my entremet project.
Because the idea was rejected,
and I've already bought the ingredients for a trial,
so I made the base anyway.
It was actually pretty nice!
The ginger gives it a lil kick and to my surprise,
even if I sugarcoat it (get it?),
it wasn't too sweet.
